EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS

Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide
support to women impacted by prostitution, sex trafficking and other
forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Founded in **Apply on the

wide range of specialist, holistic support services. Our services are
free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team.
Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects
women.
Ruhama is now expanding the Education and Development Team with one
additional Part-Time role and one Full-Time role available to suitable
candidates. These new roles report into the Education and Development
Coordinator and will provide the successful candidates with excellent
exposure and experience in a varied role within the domestic, sexual
and gender-based violence sector.
The Education and Development Co-Ordinator and Officers will plan,
administer, and develop the Ruhama Education and Development
Programme. The Programme includes several group courses and one to one
classes, as well as individual career guidance counselling. The Ruhama
Education Service is offered on a national level, and although the
post is based in Dublin there will be scope to develop our education
services into the Midlands, Limerick and elsewhere.
1. PART-TIME ROLE AVAILABLE (UP TO **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** HOURS PER

Some experience of adult education is required. The salary offered to
the successful candidate will be commensurate with skills and
experience. Based in Dublin 2, occasional travel may be required.
2. FULL-TIME ROLE AVAILABLE (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** HOURS PER WEEK)
Experience of working in Adult and/or Community Education is required
as well as some knowledge of the Adult Education and Training
landscape in Ireland. The salary offered to the successful candidate
will be commensurate with skills and experience. Based in Dublin 2,
nationwide travel will be required from time to time.
